Support + Feed, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating climate change and advancing plant-based diets, announced the launch of the new vegan candy. The Rainforest Alliance has granted the chocolate certification. It is made with only organic ingredients.
Billie Eilish’s vegan chocolate bar comes in a cardboard box of compostable aluminum. The “Happier Than Ever” bars have 37% cocoa content and are made with kosher, organic ingredients. The bars do, however, come with a warning that they might contain traces of dairy products because the chocolate is produced in a German facility that also produces milk-based products. As a result, “people with a milk allergy” should avoid them.
